***OFFICAL*** Left 4 Dead Thread!

At first i thought it was my gfx card overheating ,but when two other members said they saw pink too and told me to alt tab i was relieved. The pink textures where happening on the very first part of the game and in the subway. ( after patch )

Thats looks like missing textures mate, verify the Integrity of the game cache (Right Click on the l4d game in steam the goto local files) and see if that helps.

This is an old gltich, you get it in other source games too. Usually tabbing out clears it up but sometimes exiting and relaunching does the job.
 
Been playing this online for 2 days and it's a good laugh and I enjoy it. But, if you have 4 survivor players who know what they are doing and where to make a stand, the infected can't win. The game has balance issues that to me seem elementary :/

EDIT: im going to start a VS game now, add Qlimaxe if you want to join, ill be making it a public game so be quick lol

so wrong.. survivors dont have to make to the save room you can win by traveling more than the other team game is balanced if infected use one thing... so called head.. and work as a team.. :)

It is Worrying how long it takes for some players to understand that Teamwork is not only the best fun but also the best way to have a decent game, Same thing happens on BF2 & I have been playing that for 3 years or so, To this day I still have to get Vocal & Order people to play Together & tactically.
I know it's not just me as I play with some Team based players here who appreciate Team play, God knows what goes through these Lone Wolf style players heads except from Bullets & fangs from infected when there Solo tactics Fail.
