I highly doubt that.

FarCry 2 for me.
Poor example Kreee, since the FPS limit has a direct change to the way the physics of the world is represented. Thats why people play particular FPS limits (either 125 or 333) since it alters the physics to allow them to do higher jumps and the like...Try playing quake 3 Arena with the cap at 200, and then lower it to 100. It's very easy to tell and I'm not special in my ability to easily perceive this.
To be a little different i'm voting for GRID. Was really impressed with this game on the panny. Also wipeout was pretty amazing running the way it did on the panny
I guess there is a difference there to some degree but its a lot like trying to tell the difference between 720p and 1080p. You'd only really be able to tell them apart if you look closely or have them side by side. I might be wrong, but I've never really had a problem playing games at 30fps.
Well im not gonna list the games others have already mentioned, so i'll throw Ferrari Challenge and F1 CE into the mix. Both look quality especially in the rain!
Also can't believe nobody has mentioned GT5P? Just wow.
Truth is, i really think you have no idea.. Sorry.
i respect everyone elses opinion.
Your doubt has no influence on the accuracy of my statement.
30FPS games are fine, as long as the framerate is constant. Even at higher FPS, when it starts jumping about is when you get problems.
PGR4 is a solid 30FPS, and is as smooth as anything.
Explain to me how games look worse at a lower frame rate?
