I got a 2G iPhone and not long after the 3G version was released. It didn't make me feel bad. I love my iPhone and will upgrade to the new version (whatever that may be) at some point.

It's the same with my WhiteBook. I love it and will upgrade at some point but not just because it isn't the latest shiny thing.

I agree with Slogan and Panzerbjorn: your post confuses me.

Yeah, gutted. Having used it every day for months and loved it, a rumour of a new model in the future has left me devastated. 1/10.

Yeah, I bet the people that OMG RUSHED OUT to get a Playstation 1 are gutted mate. the PS3 is so much better.

They would have to be a MAJOR change to the iPhone for me to sell/buy.

Im very happy with mine, don't think ive put in down in the 4 months ive had it.
 
I'm still on an original iPhone, I tried out a couple of different smart phones the other day as mine is beginning to get battered now (have had it 15 months) and they were all good but...lacking....I'd get bored of them.

So I want another iPhone but I refuse to sign an O2 contract...blah :(
 
Looking forward to another hardware update personally, I'm bored with my current 3G iPhone :p
 
I'de happily sign up to another 18 month iPhone contract if they gave me the new handset for free :) Phone and o2 have both been largely brilliant.
 
Is this report actually concrete?

I'm feeling abit fustrated, was really looking foward to getting a 3G, but with !all the rumours of a new model 'just around the corner' i'm feeling reluctant :( I could keep on waiting and waiting, but if one isn't out by June I will be really annoyed as i've wasted all that time just to be nearer to an upgrade!
