Well I figured I have put so much effort into this build that I may as well go that extra bit.:p

Its no hassle from my point of view and certianly not a cost one either as they are so cheap to make.

I have a friend that does upholstery;) Guess I'll be inviting them around for a coffee! :D

I'm rubbish at wrapping presents nevermind acoustic panels! lol

From the research I have done It just seems the correct thing to do and I'm quite excited about

experimenting and the results.
 
Are there any skilled professions that you don't have any friends in?!

Yeah its certainly interetsing stuff

All the Home cinema installs I have seen and followed on other forums have all used some acoustic treatment panels and Bass traps.

The genral feeling I get is once you have installed them...you wonder how you lived without them.

Must say this is a first class little home theatre room youve made. Good show man.. literally!

What i like about this is, say you made this and was a bit skint for a while.. i really wouldnt be that cheesed off having a room like this to enjoy everyday. :) you give a man ideas.

Cant wait to see the Finale :D

Quick update,

The 16m of Acoustic Transparent material turned up at my door at 7.30pm:eek:

What an odd time ! :p

There is loads of it!

Anyway hopefully i can get cracking with the panels tommorow.

Didn't get chance over the weekend to make a start.

But I'm frre tommorow night to get cracking on making some.:)

I think I have ordered to much material at 16m :p

The Sub is really nicely built, is heavy and oozes quality.

The finish is really nice too,
