Linglong

My biggest issue with them was wet performance, but they also didn't want to grip very well in the dry.

I find that in the wet they aren't anything special by any means, but they shed standing water well.

I'm happy with the dry grip considering the longevity. And the price isn't that bad, about £60 a pop for me due to the tyre size, the cheapest nastiest tyre I can find is about £35, which is what my brother pays for the P6000s on his more conventionally shoe'd Bravo.

performance 13" tyres are cheap as chips :D

None of the major manufacturers offer their high end performance tyres in such a small size though? I can't see Contisport Contact 3, Michelin Pilot Sport, Eagle F1 Assymetric, Vredstien Ultra Sessenta, Bridgestone Potenza RE050A etc etc in this size?

Anyone know which tyres I can get in 195/50/15 for around £50 a corner fitted? Got toyo t1rs on atm and I love them but I've all but ruined them :p

The world is your oyster with that tyre size, get on black-circles etc.

I'm tempted to drop down to it (from 195/55R15) and try some Eagle F1s. Tyres almost half in price, and might stop catching the rear arches with people in the back.

Ooooo £47.48 fitted for Toyo T1rs on black circles :D

You can buy a set of T1R from camskill for about £127. Fitting at your local tyre yard should be about £20 cash for fitting and balancing.

That's not cheap. I've just paid £125 for my T1R's + £10 fitting. I got a discount on the fitting price as the tyre yard "weighed in" my 2x jupiter ditch finders and 1 pretty shafted pirelli all of which they assured me could be sold on as part worns. £135 all in IS cheap for a good quality set of performance tyres fitted. I'm chuffed.:D

bought my tyres from mazdaontrack.

You are looking in the wrong place, the really high performance, road legal 13" tyres tend to be made for track day applications. e.g. Toyo R888, Yokohama A021-R/A032-R/A048-R, Dunlop D83/D84 etc.
