He'd be a great squad player for your lot. Anywhere across the midfield and can actual pass and hold the ball. Not only that he's decent at crossing and you wouldn't have to suffer giggs set pieces.

Thats what i was reading on skysports news last night that Villa might very well be on his way to Barca and i would love to see him play at Barca.

Henry to Liverpool??..hmmm that would be interesting...i think he'd rather be at Arsenal...id be surprised if he did decide to go to Liverpool.

Would love to see Henry and Torres together, wonder how much Henry would be these days. Cant see it happening though, I dont think Henry would ever pick Liverpool
 
Some more UTD rumours

Porto have rejected an offer for striker Hulk, according to the player's agent.

The powerful 22-year-old is attracting interest having impressed in the Portuguese Liga and UEFA Champions League last season.

And Hulk's representative claims an offer has been tabled, reportedly from an English side, with Arsenal and Manchester City said to hold an interest.

Teodoro Fonseca said: "Porto have rejected an offer for Hulk and will only consider a bid of at least €40million (£34m).

"Big clubs from Europe are interested in Hulk, but he is very content in Portugal.

"I do not believe it will be likely that Porto will accept a sale this summer."

Manchester United could be ready to make a swoop for Brazilian sensation Douglas Costa, his agent has confirmed.

The Red Devils have been tracking Costa for nearly two years after their South American scouring network highlighted his potential.

Now 18, the Gremio starlet is again under consideration by United, who feel he could help fill the void soon to be left by Cristiano Ronaldo's departure to Real Madrid.

Costa has also been tracked by the likes of Real Madrid, Barcelona and Inter Milan over the past 18 months, and Gremio managed to tie him to a big four-year deal.

But they are unlikely to stand in his way and the young forward's agent has confirmed that United have rekindled their interest in the wake of Ronaldo's transfer.

"They [Manchester United] have identified four or five possible replacements for Cristiano Ronaldo in the world, and Douglas is one of them," agent Cesar Bottega told Radio Gaucha.

"We have been contacted by several clubs some time ago, including Manchester [United], but by South American ones as well."

You are as bad as the media - that first quote mentions NOTHING to do with UTD at all.

so what if he played in one or two games against Utd last season, he isnt anywhere near Utd class

Reports are stating that talks between Villa and RM have broken down, and Valencia are asking too much money for Barca to be interested - not sure if there is any foundation to either part of that though

The first game against Porto our defenders were shocking and he is fast and strong so he looked alright although you could see he had absolutely no end product. the second match he was found out and did nothing. He'd be alright for one of the teams concerned with survival next season i guess, nowhere near the top 4 from what i saw though.
