There is one for £8k on PH, but advert doesn't fill me with confidence somehow.
Why do I suspect he's going to want paypal in advance?

The VXR and the ST both have the sleeper factor too - a scooby with a big wing and bucket exhaust attracts the wrong kind of attention IMO.
Depends what sort of attention you want though, if any!
4th one for me.
look's a good price for low mileage and extra's on the car.
get what you want m8.
im sure you have worked out the running cost's yourself and feel you can run a scooby.
good luck in your choice as im sure you will be happy with what ever you buy.
ps....but make it a scooby.
0-100 in 12.5, is this before during or after leaving 11s up the road?![]()
I get around 200 miles to a full tank of juice and thats work and back,
This is something that confuses me a bit - fuel economy when pootling/on a motorway cruite etc (sorry for taking the thread off on a tangent)
My limited mechanical understanding sees it like this. You have a fixed mass to be moving which requires a certain amount of energy. With a bigger capacity engine with more cylinders etc I can understand that more fuel needs to be injected.
But why is it you can have one mid sized saloon with a 4 pot petrol engine (say a scooby) and another similar sized saloon with the same sized engine (insert any bog standard saloon here). The 2 could have the same bore and stroke figures. Assuming the drag coefficient is the same and the gearing is the same, why would something like the scooby only achieve 20mpg when a bog standard saloon might do 40mpg? Where does all the fuel go?
Its always confused me a bit...

How could you possibly think 550miles to a tank is bad?
