Anyone seen the new BE website?

It's interesting and I can see what they're trying to do but....no. lol.

I was tihnking of changing to them but leaning towards Zen now - 12 month contract is a no no and I'm not paying more for their 3 month one.

the site may be garbage but their Pro deal isnt. can't beat up to 24mb down and 2.5mb up for that price :S

Exactly, and it pains me that it is that way >_<

I sent them a ranting e-mail and they apologised for the horrible site and menitoned they are remaking it - all in good humour.

But I am safely going to be using fibre in August so I don'y have to "worry" about dealing with Be.

Well its done what it was designed to do,get people talking about it,and while people talk about it,they are also looking at the deals on offer,which don't look to bad at all TBH!

providing you can get top sync. I have a brother-in-law who lives opposite the exchange and a bran new development and cant get more than 16mb sync

you can just pick out one case to blame BE. it might be BT that are the issue

many people do get top syncs with them..

if it's a new devlopment, who knows what path the phone line takes. it might not be as straight forward as you think. i'm on o2 and am roughly 600m from my exchange and sync at just over 21mb.

Could also be an internal wiring problem. I was syncing at 16Mb or so until I had BT come and install a test socket. I've been synced at 24.5Mb ever since.
