Now managed to fully clear stages 2 and 3. Think i'm going to try and do stage 5 tomorrow, see if the status changes hamper my tactics. At the minute I seem to be breezing through stages :(.

Is this title in full English if I imported?

Yep text & voice.

TBH the only issue I have found is without having a english manual you don't know what the icons mean relating to your equipment stats, but tbh there's plenty of guides online if you feel you need to know :)

The voice acting is excellent as well.

Beat the Old Monk today, what an awesome idea as a boss :D

Luckily on my third attempt it was him and not another player as the guy I faced on my second attempt took me apart with ease.

Kronin, i did the same after reading this thread. Mine was shipped on the 31st July via Registered post, not speed post or whatever it is. Not received anything yet, 5-10 days apparently.

I hope both of you enjoy as much as I have :) but be prepared to play nothing else as it is really addictive.

What I would say is firstly don't be put of by the difficulty, and if you are finding it tough going don't be afraid to co-op with others as it really helps :)

I have started a new character class (Knight) so I'm available for co-op if you are struggling. PSN: Edz72

Jeez this game is tough, to the point of not being much fun on more than one occasion. I'm finding the controls really sluggish as well, not sure playing this after Infamous was a good idea :(

Jeez this game is tough

I remember someone posting on another forum "I should have realised that when the front cover shows your character dead, pierced with many arrows ... it might have been hard".

Sounds nails this game. Everyone I hear who plays it loves it though, finds it satisfyingly tough... with mistakes and death coming from a lack of concentration, planning, skill and respect for the game.

I'm enjoying it for the most part, but there have been a couple of instant death moments that would be nigh on impossible to avoid without a guide. Other than those it isn't cheap hard (not like Seth from Street Fighter IV for example) but boy it's tough.

Does feel rewarding though, just need to find the skills (and patience) I used to have for the likes of Super Ghouls n Ghosts!!

edit: also I found out the reason I was so sluggish was because the sword I had as my second weapon (not being wielded) was too much for my strength. I didn't realise at the time since I wasn't actually using that sword but just having it as my second option was slowing me down.

How far in are you?

The only part I hit a brick wall with so far was the Maneater boss on 3-2 so
m0r94n kindly helped me :) Don't get me wrong the game is tough at times but imo it's flowed pretty well.

Absolutely agree about the armour/mobility/weapon choices. You really do need to think about your chosen class & what they are going to specialise in.

I've done the first two parts of the first and second world so really not far in at all!

It's addictive, reminds me of Diablo in the sense of wanting to level up just once more of find something just to upgrade a weapon.

I might well be back on here asking for help at some point :)

If it helps the easier (and I say this loosely) boss's are the first part of every world, so 1-1, 2-1, 3-1, 4-1 & 5-1 if that makes your life easier ?

If you go onto the 2-3 boss (dragon god) he's pretty easy once you know what to do, or if you go onto 1-3 the level is tough but the boss is very easy if you have some help with you (you need to free someone from prison in 1-2)

By all means ask if you need some help :)

Lost about 14k souls to the Black Phantom in the swamp on 5.2 :/ I then proceeded to lost 10k on 4:2. Methinks I need to be more patient with my levelling up :p.

So Renchi is the place everyones getting this from - apart from auction places in UK? (and tradeshows)

I purchased mine from a high street store that deals in exchanging electronic goods and games. Came to around £50 overall which isn't that bad, however you can get it for around £40 if you're willing to wait a few weeks.

You can purchase Hong Kong copies of the game and although the manual is in Chinese, the rest of the game is in full English with English voices.

Not sure about tax sorry :).
