There's a few reasonable roads nearby, Virginia Water/Windsor etc, we could hoon to Virginia Water and go to the Wheatsheaf pub/restaurant


I dare say it's not very 'central' though as a location, sucks for the more northern folk

Bridge Barn is a good pub with a big car park. The back roads going from Woking/Guildford/Pirbright to Aldershot are pretty epic as are the ones near Bisley and round the back of Knaphill.

Maybe we could sort out some sort of mini south RR day with 10~ people and test the water?

All of this is down in the South East though, which isn't very central really. It's a fair way to come from the Midlands, let alone from the North and it's a fair way to come from the South West too. So really, it basically suits those that live in the South East.

I suppose they need something their way to take away from the pain of having to live in the South East

The good thing about the PS RR day is that it bring people from all over, we already have a couple of Northern Meets and a Southern meet.

I cant see it being on a Tuesday or a Wednesday as most people will work Monday to Friday.

I think its probably just best we keep the usual venue as there have been no location complaints in the past.
