Best Cheese?

Best cheese? Are you mad, out of the bewilderingly huge choice of cheeses I couldn't possibly pick one (or even just a few). Depends on when you are using it, what for, what you are having it with.

So instead I will just say what I have in the fridge at the moment - Butlers Blacksticks White.

A soft, richly flavoured, creamy white cheese with lovely blue veining, Blacksticks White is made by hand in small batches, pierced and hand wrapped so that it can mature for up to six weeks when it will be graded for perfection.

Prefer cheese when the milk used is unpasteurised, the cheese seems to be much stronger and tangier, especially if it's a cheddar.

Keenes cheddar is a favourite of mine, only ever found it in waitrose, other supermarkets don't seem to stock it.

Also quite like the milder swiss cheeses such as Emmental and Gruyere.

But any good unpastuerised cheddar will do for me tbh,a couple of others I like are Antseys-Westcoombe cheddar and Lightwood - Elgar Mature.

This.

The flow diagram pretty much goes:
Is it cheese?
YES - Get it down ya.
NO - Why not?

I LOVE cheese!

I've been told that I eat way to much of it.

I can litterally put cheese on anything and consider it an improvement.

Pretty much all sorts.. Chedder is the classic though
