IMO the hatch STI looks far better in the flesh than in pics. Whereas the EVO X is almost the opposite. Theres a blue one knocking round these parts and it does look agressive but also big and unwieldy. I would prefer a IX everytime - but then I would prefer a late spec C STI over a IX.

Theres a green RS near where I live and the lad looks about 12 with his baseball cap peering out through the steering wheel. Blonde teen GF in the passenge seat, the lot. Jealous? - of the teen GF yes, of the car? - not so much. ;)

you can get some serious performance cars for 35k NEW! 35k for a focus is maddness. What new Evo can you have for 35k? that is always going to be a better package than any focus.


NO. you stated that you'd have the focus on looks, i.e you dont care about cost, performance, only looks.

yet this changes when it comes to YOUR CAR.

yes i drive a corolla. NO I DID NOT JUST RECOMMEND A 35K FOCUS over a Subaru on looks.
 
I don't know why you are getting so wound up. This car is a limited edition so the price is also down to limited availability. Seeing as it's looking to be the last RS Focus, this limited edition will hold it's value extremely well.
 
The Focus RS isn't going to be 4 wheel drive in the near future as Ford don't have a suitable 4 wheel drive platform.

FQ-360 GS if you can haggle a few grand off
 
I'd have it over the Mugen Civic (limited ed hatch) that was posted a few months back,does look pretty good, but 35k is serious metal money.

Fortunaely I will never have that amount of money to spend on a toy like that:(
