Of course. I've said that of the remaining games from 2 weeks ago, we needed to win them all if we were to be able to get away with losing to the top 3.

City have an easy run in so unless they **** up massively, I'd say we've lost it. Injuries ain't been kind to us, rather like Arsenal.

Its a very fine line between having landed and actually sliding in on the floor, and launching in and putting your full momentum into the tackle. He caught him half way up his calf, got no where near the ball, was very late, was never EVER going to do anything but catch the player and thats the crucial part. WHen he went to ground there was no chance of getting the ball and no chance he'd not demolish the player, thats textbook dangerous play. The fact he also caught him high rather than on the floor pretty much seals it.

Yes, its not as bad as breaking someones leg, or catching them even higher, that doesn't mean its not a red.

Its the low end of the red card scale, but it was high, late, reckless, behind, not sure what else you need for it to be a red. Late and behind would be a yellow, high would be a yellow, lunging in is a red, going in at full speed with zero chance of not smashing the player........ how exactly wasn't it a red?

Denilson should be shot for not passing, needed that, lacked any real true creativity, needed that piece of genius Fabregas provides all game. We're VERY lucky resting players didn't cost us the win, very very lucky, like seconds from the end lucky.

The problem is the complete lack of form for me, of Vela, Eduardo, Rosicky(ish) , Silvestre. We've gone the whole season without resting people like Fabregas and Gallas, and without giving those guys any games. It cost us HUGE last year when we had injuries and were forced to rely on a bunch of no form, not match fit players to come in cold and play together.
