There were a lot of shocked faces and I did get quite a few grunts out! Probaly one of my favourite exercises at the moment. Noticed some power improvements over last week which is good

The last set of 70KG x 30 was 20 straight reps with no lock out and then rest pause for a few seconds till I made it for 30.
If I've got some good tunes going I just distract myself entirely.
