Best pads I've used! The kevlar pads saved me a few times last weekend and still plenty of life in them after 10 uplifts at cwmdown. Which is mega by the way.

I had them out when I cleaned the rotors, I gave them a light going over with some fine wet&dry paper and I've probably done 75 miles on them since then. They may just need re-bedding in if you haven't used them in a while and there is plenty of pad left on them, you could try rubbing them on some rough sandpaper to re-bur them then bed them in again. And they may need a bleed.

They certainly work, but I used to be able to upend the bike with one finger and that's certainly not the case anymore.
Is there any way to adjust the bite point at the lever? There's a small allen-head screw behind the lever that adjusts the lever reach, but not the actual bite point. The rear/left lever is just right but the front/right lever bites quite close to the bar, despite there being plenty of pad left.
Might just sack the lot off and buy some Saints!
Hey guys. Though id post some pics of my new'ish' bike. Got it a couple of weeks ago. Luving it so far. Was just wondering whether anyone can spot any obvious upgrades that i could make without spending a whole lot more money.
So far, have changed the grips to some lock on grips and replaced the spd pedals with some wellgo magnesium flat pedals which are great.
Any other thoughts? Mainl use is offroad, trail riding mainly
cheers

Are my eyes deceiving me or are you brake levers the 'wrong' way round i.e. Front is Rear should be a vice versa? Unless you put them like that?
Lovely looking bike though.
