... but I think this is the best you can get

Depends on what you want and what your budget is I guess ;)

bah dilemmas - I'm really not getting on with the look Keo Classics, sometimes i can get in fine, others I can't get my foot in at all :(

Seriously considering swapping for either second hand speedplays or the Time I-Clic Fibres - anyone had experience with the two of them? the speedplays look easier to get into but the cleats are apparently pretty hard to walk in...

A prize goes to the first person to tell me what is wrong in this picture:

IC was right, sort of. The pedal bodies are on the wrong axles.

So, list of things that have been wrong with the Superstar pedals:

Threaded axle resulting in pedal falling off
5/16th fittings and not 8mm as advertised. 1 pedal will take one of my Allen keys. The other pedal takes a bit of persuasion with a hammer.
Pedal bodies the wrong way round
Return of faulty pedal taking nearly a month
repaired axle is rough to turn - Did not slacken off after an 18 mile ride!

I'm not too impressed with Superstar products just now.

Edit: IC gets the prize:

Great I'm wanting some new Wheels from them.

Torn between the Supperlegga ones or the Switch ones. I might be getting a bigger bike so I might get the Switch ones as you can fit axles convertors to them.

Also need some Kevlar Pads.

How have you found the CS from them ? is it good or bad ?

They've got new hubs and rims coming out in 4 weeks so I may wait till then

Superstar customer service is ok. They reply to emails etc... I might have just had a very bad experience with this one product.

Started rebuilding the Heckler tonight. Downsized the crazy 203mm rear rotor to 183mm, I took the swingarm off, stripped the paint, and got it sprayed metalic grey.

I think it works.

I'll give you 6 magic beans for the 203 V2 rotor :p

You could also change the angle on the banjo for the rear brake.

edit: and the front brake.
