The iPhone-specific simplicity tariff is £5 extra, and includes unlimited wifi (on things like openzone), visual voicemail, and access to the 'idata' APN (which is iPhone specific, and supposedly therefore less contended)
 
Make sure you ask for a microsim adaptor at the O2 store where you get them from - you might need it if you accidently snap out the microsim.

I had a word in the apple store at Brent Cross - they have 600 iphones reserved :eek:

So thats pretty much 600 definite customers they will be having - he said there would be a long wait no matter what time you arrive, and that they would very likely have 2 separate queues
 
Well I don't know what to do. I rang my local o2 shop, I live in a small town, I wouldn't of expect many to be interested in the 4 but the guy told me they have had "LOOOOOOOOOOADS" of interest and he expects a queue down the high street :eek:

My only hope is that these people aren't away that o2 customers get priority and they can't afford the 32gb!

I'm not hardcore enough to get there super early but I do have the day off work to drive around all day looking for o2 stores.

I've rang Voda about 3 times and each time they've said that microsims are on the stock list but they're not allowed to send me one until the 24th :(
 
Anyone have any news yet if they will be having the White ones in on Thursday?.

Hate to get to the torquay store early only to find there is no white ones lol
 
Hmm am considering picking up my 32Gb reservation aswell and just selling it online - will have to think about it...

Anyone know how quick an iPhone wipe is?

Called o2 Walsall this morning about the iphone 4 micro sim and they said yeh no problem just bring your apple confirmation as we can start giving them out today. Went to the store and the assistant looked a bit confused, went into the back to check with the guy i spoke to on the phone and then gave me a micro sim. Got back to the car park and found out it was an ipad sim :mad: Called them back while in the car and said you gave me the wrong sim so they said come back in and we'll sort it all out. So i went back only to discover they never had any iphone 4 sims in the first place!

They said come back in on the 24th. Not pleased at all :(

EDIT: Called o2 West Bromwich and they expect they'll get micro sims only on the 24th as well. Haven't got them in stock as yet. Is it just me that has reject o2 stores nearby as everyone else seems to be getting their sims lol

Just got back from the o2 branch in the Birmingham Bullring. Nearly got handed an ipad micro sim then another member of staff over her shoulder noticed what she was doing and give me a proper iphone 4 micro sim from a separate box. They only had them delivered this morning.

Am considering doing this too but can be bothered with the hassle of getting to MK.

Shame you cant Ebay the reservation e-mail..... :D
