Oh come now... Slovenia beaten 1-0? Now both you and I know thats Cup winning pedigree. The cup is ours..its so blatantly obvious that I might not even watch the rest of the tournament as its so clear.

Am i the only one who thought this was the best moment of the game? In reality we played well for about 20 minutes, was complete luck we didnt draw/lose.

It's not garbage though, that is all I have heard everytime USA have been mentioned in the world cup.

Aye, nail head. Yes, if it was a throw in/corner or whatever and we took a long time to play the ball in then fair enough book them. But whilst the ball is in open play then they can do as they please with it. Many, many teams will knock it along the backline and this is incredibly boring. At least we punted it up and made it a bit more interesting.

You need to understand the difference between most watched sport, and most played.
That is what everyone on telly has said so far, that football is the most played game in the USA.

He played extremely well and whipped in some very good crosses. Will hopefully be enough to keep SWP and Lennon out of the first team.

Yep, he played extremely well. Just a shame he was ill for the first two games.

Their best player is Mesut Ozil and he will rip the **** out of Englands defence.
If it was the most played game in the USA, it stands to reason it would then take place of their national game as THE spectator sport if it's that popular, surely?

England played well today and were unlucky not to win by more. I swear people will never be happy. We're not suddenly world beaters but we were a hell of a lot better than in the previous two games.
