If something isn't coming out of one end it's not a 1RM![]()

This is what worries me in a hotel gym full of old people, would be so distasteful![]()

A lot of people do throw up on 1RMs for squats.energy for gym = cup of coffee and a banana. Leave those energy drinks alone.
Any soft/juice to replace the coffee and will an apple or orange replace the banana? Anything else? Coffee isn't my thing nor are banana's!Any soft/juice to replace the coffee and will an apple or orange replace the banana?
Thanks!

I go to the gym at 6:30AM and wake up at 6AM so there is no time to eat. Performance without a lucoszade is abysmal. I have a little on waking and then sip the rest during my time at the gym. Works a treat. We all know its not the optimum choice but it is a compromise for performance.I go to the gym at 6:30AM and wake up at 6AM so there is no time to eat.

Farts, burps, spit, vomit and possibly poo on rare occasions are acceptable. Blood however...see your GP!

Surely you could wake up earlier?
Simple carbs like fruit will give you a spike and a burst of energy.

The other problem is eating immediately on waking is a real chore for me. My appetite is not there.
I barely used to eat on a morning but now i can eat porridge + egss/toast with ease. You get used to itI barely used to eat on a morning but now i can eat porridge + egss/toast with ease.

Also curious as to what most of you started off benching? I'm 21 but quite a small guy being 5"8 and weighing about 9.5 stone.
