Searching 'iPhone 4 Case Program' it was the first result for me on my iPhone.

Nothing for me.

Read something about it being tied to your Apple ID to stop people getting more than 1 case, so wonder if it knows I already bought one from the Apple Store online and won't let me download the App? Will check when I get home anyway. No loss if not, already got my bumper refund

I hadn't noticed the Country was set to USA, were you able to change it manually?

Happened to notice after I had hit 'order' on the final page, I believe you can change manually when checking account details. (I just didnt take the time to actually read, checked my postcode and house number initially)
