What have you had to eat today....?

Breakfast: Bowl of Musli with a cup of Coffee.

Arrive at work: Two cups of coffee

Get bored at work: Another coffee

Still bored at work: Another coffee

Morning break: A small sandwich and a Banana

Forrage in staff room: Chocolate Brownie

Lunch: Other small sandwich, apple and some chips

After work: 1 pint of Doom Bar and some crisps.

Dinner: One home made pizza, and a bottle of wine.

From 430 till dinner at 730

4 tomatoes
3 spring onions
half a cucumber
2 ham sarnies
pork chop burnt to a crisp cos i forgot about it.
3 cups of coffee
large raspberry yoghurt

4th coffee infront of me now
 
breakfast - cereal, branflakes.

lunch - 2x eggmayo in wholemeal bread sandwiches.

tea - 2x turkey steaks + mixed veg + mash.
pud - 11 profiteroles + chocolate sauce.

snacks through the day - bag of crisps, m&m's, some hobnobs.

drinks through the day - water/ orange squash.
 
11am: Yogurt, Pack of mixed fruit (apples, strawberries, blueberries etc.)

1pm: Chicken breast marinated in nandos hot marinade, chilli powder, tabasco sauce, pepper with peas brocolli, cauliflower, carrots.

5pm: 2 boiled eggs, tin of tuna

6pm: Handful of almonds, apple

Been on no carbs for 3 weeks and it's going great and still eating tasty food.
 
Footlong spicy italian sub from Subway, and 3 hotwings from KFC, I am dissapoint at my diet recently. Dinner is 8 cans of Redstripe.
 
I've been really fat ******* today.

I had Ready Brek with Acacia Honey

Dinner I had a Steak slice, iced bun and can of coke.

and when I got in I had 3 Doughnuts

Dinner I had Pork chops, chips peas.
 
07:00 Porridge with cinnamon and a touch of brown sugar. Protein shake. Tea, moo and two.
10:00 Banana, cereal bar, tea
11:30 water

14:00 beef salad in brown roll, protein shake
15:00 apple
15:30 1/2 MRP shake
19:00 quiche and salad
22:00 water

Today I've had a sandwich and grapes at about 0200 and a Nakd bar just now. Will have a cereal bar at about 0800 before bed.
