I've just started all the current DLC on a new insanity play-through - very hard so far!

Just have a save pre-suicide & fire that up any time new DLC comes out.

I'd completely forgotten about new DLC for this game... i wasn't even aware it was out.

How many have they added that weren't included in the DDE?

Has any more DLC been announced? Or are we now in the long wait until ME3?

It's the first "bridging" one, so it is assumed there will be some more big ones to come; tying up loose ends to lay the foundation for ME3.

On the shadow broker dlc, I could see how it might work for ME3 depending on whether you played it or not.
The final situation (which I won't spoil) can easily be the starting point in ME3, with some small changes to dialogue.
If you played it, there could be dialogue mentioning how you helped.
If you didn't, then Liara did it herself.

Ashley/Kaiden for instance haven't had a look in, so there could be some expansion to do with that, but this is all speculation.

Is the Liara DLC set after the last mission? The other DLC has been a bit odd if you have finished the game.

You can do it before or after. There are dialogue changes.
Personally I feel it goes well after the SM, or just before it.

Did they get the same voice actress back to do Liara? If it's one thing I hate it's discontinuity.
Yes.

The end of the Shadow Broker DLC was very sweet and left me rather torn with regards to what direction to take with potential relationships.

So now I have two saves for the same Shepard .

Playing ME2 through on Hardcore difficulty. It's knackering me out! :D After every boss battle, I feel like I've done 10 rounds with Mike Tyson. God knows how hard it must be on insanity.

I enjoyed ME1, didnt think it was the best game ever or anything near that level, but enjoyed it, rather blitzed through the main quest though.

However I picked up dragon age origins, ive given it numerous goes, but I cant get into it, it bores me silly.

So should I get ME2? I hear its more of an action game, and has a heavy gears of war influence...sounds awful to be honest, i would rather play gears of war on a console, I need more of a tactical experience on PC.

Should I get ME2 then? I will be making a new character, uninstalled ME1 a long time ago so I wont be porting my character over...
