Codemasters F1 2010 X360/PS3 (contains important question about 2011 game!!!)

After watching VVV gamer review - Mercedes around Hockenheim - time trial.

he seems good at it, from my skills lastnight in grid the barriers/ sand traps will be my friend :P
 
@ MP4, that could just be just because your not used to racing with a wheel. I always seem counter intuitive though that you can drive normally why not on a pc, but from forum for a sim I play it was echoed a lot that people took a while to get used to wheels.

Anyway enough off topic.

Pre-ordered this for PC over xbox as I have a wheel for pc so hopefully its good enough physics and force feed back - I want some reviews :(. I will be up for the time trials for the upcoming grand prixs also. Will be definatly be interesting to see how close we all are to each other and the real pole.

hehe i know took me quite some time to get a clean lap on with a touring car but i play with a wheel anyway now :cool:

but seems you're still a better driver than me :o

Yeah ill just have to practice practice and practice :P totally diffrent from real driving for sure

Think ill wait for F1 to use the wheel now , Grid isnt my cup of tea

lol knew you'd not be able to resist. Which system do you game online with the most, as I'm sure both systems will be pretty much the same, it'll be down to where all your online buddies are and who'll you want to play online against....
 
I guess its going to be 360 then, my ps3 literally doesn't get used at all, it's biding its time :D

I don't mind getting it on the ps3 thought if I will gain anything from it, especially graphically. I need to start using it otherwise the mrs will bloody sell it on eBay :eek:

One word - iPlayer. lol teach the missus how to use it for eastenders and the like, it'll never be sold.. Problem is, when GT5 arrives might need to prise the controller out her hands to play a game. lol

I'm getting F1 2010 for the PC and PS3, reason is that the PC version is Steam and I can load this on my laptop and play on the go and the PS3 for some large screen gaming in my living room with less hassle.

Oh, PS3 version has support for Logitech G25/27 and DFGT steering wheels.
