Hi. Just picked up my new car yesterday, so I gave her a wash and a wax today and thought I would share my pictures. Hope you like them. Thanks.

What's not to like?! :) Always had a bit of a hankering for one of these and yours looks stunning! I take it when you say new it is actually brand new? If not then it's even more impressive because it looks terrific. Personally I vastly prefer the looks and rareness of these vs the Focus ST. Put up some interior shots if you get the chance and a bit of a drivers review wouldn't go amiss..enjoy!

Yeah she's brand new, no detailing, just a wash with Chemical Guys Citrus Wash & Gloss and then waxed with Finish Kare #2685 Carnauba Polymer Paste Wax.

I took out the demo car about 2 weeks ago for about a half an hour test drive. Was lovely. This one is still very tight and I'm just taking it easy at the moment, still burning off the newness. But I am enjoying the addition of the LSD compared to my old car, as well as all the toys. It's packed with everything!

Just need to keep on top with it being black and keep it looking tidy. Swirls are my enemy! :)

These have an LSD?

I like these a lot, The only thing I don't like is how their owners act when they see a Focus ST, its like they are natural enemies. I had one idiot cut 4 lanes across a big round about to follow me up a dual carriage way, and one other idiot who pulled up along side me to overtake, looked over and grinned obviously assuming my car was standard :D

Yeah, think it's a bit of electronic trickery and then something that links to the turbo as well.... can't remember the terminology. I don't think it's a proper plated LSD or the likes though.

I love ST's so I won't be doing any playing with them. :D

I didn't know the new ones had LSD - If I was ever in the market for this kind of car again, that would certainly put the 3 back in the running for me. That paint is lovely, too :cool:
 
I really like that. :)

The only bit I'm not keen on is the grille thingy in the front bumper. Loads of cars seem to be coming out with weird front end which I presume is down to safety regs?
 
I like these, but for the amazing value they represent on the used market against something like a Golf GTI.

For £22,000 though? It makes me cry a little inside :(
 
£22k is list price, isn't it? I doubt the OP paid that, our local Mazda normally have ridiculous offers with margin left.
