Like any supplement, that stuff might help a little but I'd say it was your routine and hopefully your increased kcal intake that has made the most impact.

I'm not dismissing the gains are from AGVT, I was just referring to the recovery part. I still eat around 3500+ calories a day, sleep 8+ hours, yet I get very serious soreness after less intense workouts now that I ran out.
Benny, I don't see the point really in trying it really. If you are gonna cross that ground then there are better ways to do it, as you will know![]()
The ideea is that you are NOT crossing any ground. It's not a prohormone or an oral steroid, nor does it cause any sort of damage or nasty side effect so I don't see what your point is in that regard.
At the end of the day it's just something that I used and tought I'd share some feedback, as I was extremely happy with the increased recovery, if you hardly ever get sore then there is no point in using it, although that obviously wasn't my case. Everyone is free to do whatever they want with their money.
