Pro Evolution 2011

does anyone think Fifa is harder than Pro Evo ?
maybe it's cos I played pro evo 09 for months but I was doing better after an hour with pes 11 than i was after a week of fifa 11!
 
decided to go with pes 11 this year after fifa 10 , im finding it a lot more satisfying when i score and the cards are not as hars as previous pes games in the past .
only had a few matches but enjoying it so far Mcwildcard set up a ocuk community ive jumped into that

yeah i have had 1 vs 1 games done through the community selection on main title page also had the same through internet option as well .

Enjoying the champions leauge so far on professional and just lost to lyon in the 90 min :(
 
yea it is enjoyable even in SP and sometimes that deperation when you need that goal... and it just doesnt come:/



to Kill re the graphics i said even on last years PES that PES gfx turd all over the fifa ones. i think the quote i made was that the Real madrid kids just 'glowed' on screen and everything looks miles better than fifa.

I was perhaps a little bit :p

In truth though, the FIFA 11 demo is better than the FIFA 11 full game, it feels paced better and the passing among other things is better too.

I'm not sure what happened with EA, but on the release day they seem to have got worried about it, and hit the panic button which was that release day patch, which in turn made the game take a step backwards toward FIFA 10.

Once you see through the shiny gloss on FIFA 11, it becomes apparent that there aren't that many changes from FIFA 10/World Cup game, just a few new animations here and there. Once you get used to those, it just becomes an annoying mess, backed up by the bugs and mass amounts of online exploiters.

The offline modes are terrible on FIFA too, the manager mode is dire compared to Master League, it just has you staring at a calendar 95% of the time.

The AI in FIFA is quite awful too, always does the same thing time and time again, it makes playing against the computer no fun at all, this is thankfully not the case on PES at all.

I think the only thing I prefer on FIFA is the penalty system, though the PES one is fine when you get used to it, it can just be a bit sensitive.

Every goal you score feels unique, where on FIFA it feels almost scripted.

I think we'll find more and more people venturing in here from the FIFA thread before long, nearly every recent post in the FIFA thread has been people complaining about something!
