So in this you can be a jedi from the start?
lol going to be interesting that the rare and elite jedi outnumber the rest of the galaxy's population![]()
It is set at a different time period though when Jedi were two a penny

It is set at a different time period though when Jedi were two a pennyNot to mention it is a game, you are meant to play the rae and elite, let the NPCs be the fodder!

The problem is most if not all MMO's released since SWG are utter crap.
The problem is most if not all MMO's released since SWG are utter crap. The only MMO i've stuck with is DAOC, its dated but it works.
Hopefully Guild wars 2 will be worth buying. I want TOR to be brilliant but i fear it will end up like the rest.
I'm sure glad that at least one major player in the industry are intelligently questioning conventional MMO design and replacing stagnation with innovation.
Crikey, now theres a sentence that could have come directly from the GW2 PR department
IMO Innovation in MMOs began to die after UO, so few MMOs ever even came close to having the features that UO had, Daoc innovated a little (but still missed out most of the features of UO), since then its pretty much been a stale genre.
I think a few people in this thread need to read up on the game the setting and what Bioware have planned. I think they'll be surprised![]()
SW:TOR is heading down the road to becoming a single play RPG masquerading as a MMO, game is very much aimed at the single player.
so is this game going to be just another waste-of-time mmo that won't last for more than 2 months? :/
