Fallout: New Vegas what a dissapointment :(

Just completed the Main quest line for New Vegas and it only took me 12 hours :mad:

Even though it was a good quest line 12 hours isnt worth the 25 pound i paid on the friday. And what bugs me is you cant even carry on after you completed it you have to go to the last save :confused:

Well tbh Fallout3 if you played that is short? Vegas was always going to be the same this isnt the sort of game you rush through.

Also 12 hours these days for SP is good most are 9-10 unless its an RPG/JRPG (This is RPG so you really should have explored

)

The main quest lines are short - FO3 was the same so what do you expect? the wealth of the game is in the tonnes of side quests and just endless exploring that lasts for 100s of hours.

I have to agree though it's pretty damn pathetic that they charge 25 quid for the main storyline to last 12 hours. Even though you do have replayability the main story should last far longer than that. I would rather a more elaborate story driven gameplay than aimless exploring in a single player world. It just doesn't cut it in my opinion.

Sounds like Fable TLC. I completed that first time in about 7hours and was dissappointed. I forgot however that there are tonnes of side quests I failed to do.

took me 18 hours to finish doing a few side missions

only complaints are that it is more like a Fallout 3 DLC than sequel and I should be able to continue after the end of the game

theres multiple endings? and you missed loads of side quests , did you even do the ghouls into space?

i outplayed fallout 3 and abrely even touched the main storyline but then again its all about what YOU enjoy

Well i guess ill have to download that extension and carry on with the side quests. But for some reason doing side quests knowing you completed the main story line seems quite off putting to me , yet i dont know why haha. I did complete the ghouls into space quest , collecting the items and fuels to start the rocket and then set them off on there joyrney .. but isnt that near the start?
But i guess i could have expected a short stroy line after Fallout 3, and after all i agree thats just about how long games are today or even shorter!

you can , if you have science 55 you can use the navigation computer and give them a better route or you can make the rockets crash as they take off

The game is at least as long as F3, just do as many side quests as you can. Surely everyone knew it was going to be F3 like game and not something completely new.
