Where in your home is your desktop and why?

Corner of the living room. I only have to swivel myself 90° to see the TV in all it's HD spledor.

It's relaxing, really. Although I'm thinking of moving the rig upstairs, as I am getting back into FPS games big style and tend to shout a lot when playing FPS games.

It's a guy thing, I'm sure.

If it's a long the lines of "Where the **** did that come from?" and "You want some too ************?" then no, of course not.

I would never use such language (when the family are about) ;)

Bedroom, along with my XBox, and Laptop. Don't have room anywhere else for the size of desk and 2 monitors. Good having a bay window lol.

It's in the 'Adult living room'. I Share the room with the wife and sometimes the cat and dogs. The kids gave the back living room with the sky+, old telly and toys and stuff. I don't want kids near my computer or my big TV.

Old laptop is plugged in to the TV as a sort of media box.

New laptop follows me around the flat, as does my girlfriend's. We technically have a desk in the spare room that could be used for it, but I get bored of sitting back there on my own, so it's generally on the sofa with me.

Last actual desktop I had is gathering dust in a storage locker, where it's been for 5 years or so.

In the second bedroom because we've not replastered and decorated the 3rd bedroom yet.

Before i moved out of the parents place it was in my bedroom though.

Corner of the living room - it's connected to my TV with HDMI for a HD media centre setup and also when I want to play games on the TV rather than on the PC. Works rather nicely with an XBOX controller.
