Here's my setup - I've yet to start obsessing about cables, but I will get round to tidying them away. I use my MBP out and about quite a bit, so I can't really tuck all the cables away. The PC on the left is my i5 machine - OCed components from OCUK



To the right is my writing area, TV w/Sky, 360, PS3 and HP network printer. Again, observe the wonderful cabling system
