It's snowing

Just discovered it only affects you if you put your feet over two at the same time to complete circuit.

Brain has frozen today. :p

Riight And water doesn't conduct electricity? Ever heard of grounding?

The 3rd rail and running rail are very close together, you can link the two.

Just popped outside into my back garden, brr it's freezing. Checked the temperature and it's -15C! My back door is frozen shut. Going to be fun going to work tomorrow.

On Channel 4 News, while they were talking about those Southern Trains, they read out that the guy who invented it in 1904 said it was an outdated way of powering the rails and was a temporary solution!

Met Office are predicting fog & mist for tomorrow night here, just what I need when making my way back from a night out :(

+1 its gone now x[

nope, we were predicted no snow till tomorrow in Redcar, just south east of middlesbrough (8 miles) and we have had snow for 1.5 hours solid, thick and heavy now, at around 2 inches per hour :) wind changed direction to south-westerly, rather than north-westerly, so we got the bulk of the snow that was headed original up north to northumbaland and cumbria :)
