January Transfer Window 2010/2011 Season Rumours/Signings

Chimbonda to Ipswich apparently, good right back especially for Championship level. Played for Jewell before so hopefully he can get the best out of him.
 
Kenny Miller also reportedly agreed terms with Bursaspor in Turkey. The SPL isn't much of a feeder to the Premiership anymore. :o
 
Why is Steve Bruce crying like a baby?? He's getting all emotional cos Houllier didnt call him 'till this day' about the transfer of Bent. Then he goes on to say that all the great managers have always called him if they are interested in a player of his.

Has he lost his marbles? He has never won anything of note, but wants to be treated like a king. Its typical from a fergie ass-licking fool (like Allardyce) who will go out of his way to do anything to discredit anybody related to liverpool. Seems to be a common trait out of anybody who comes out of old trafford or anybody who likes fergie.

I think he needs to grow up and man-up.
 
Well he's suggesting they went out, talked to bent, arranged terms and had it all sorted for him to ask for the transfer and push it through. Of course he apparently asked to leave in summer so its hardly unknown to them, and first chance came along he asked for the transfer to go through.

Mostly Niall Quinn I think trying to make out Villa did something naughty, considering the player wanted out its a bit ridiculous to accuse them of unsettling him.

Whats funnier is, the only reason they were as high up the table as they were and not right in the relegation fight was his goals, but as soon as he leaves Sunderland fans, and manager everyone else think Welbeck is a better player, got to be bad news that as of yesterday he had knee operations and won't be around for 2 months.

You got to love Bruce, or Niall can't remember which, talking about the obvious wage increase he'd get to go to Villa and he can't see why he'd leave for a club much further down the table. Says Bruce who left Wigan just outside the European places to take over Sunderland who just missed relegation.

People want to move, he wasn't happy, fans, club, location, does it matter, he was unhappy, did his job well, and left when the opportunity came up, they paid him, he played very well for them.

Anyway its ridiculous to look at current league positions and say Villa are a worse club, what have been Villa vs Sunderland average league positions over say, 5 years? Villa are easily, by a massive margin, the more established top half of the table club. Last 3 Villa seasons, have all finished 6th, Sunderland, 13th, 16th, 15th so averaging what just under 9 places below Villa.

That's right... we have loaned a 17 year old centre back until the end of the season... :confused:

He must be bloody amazing and apparently he is a very good player, but since he Moyes hasn't given chances to any of our own star centre backs, Duffy and Mustafi it's a very odd move but what ever, lol? :D
 
Carew in talks with Stoke for a season loan deal. Sunderland are in talks with Fuller for a fee of around £3M. I'd be gutted if Fuller was to leave Stoke, he's got to be the most loved Stoke player with the fans.

I dont think its someone falling for a any cunningly laid bait, I think he was just astonished at the massive failure of reasoning in your rant.
 
Think this rumour is lingering because of Hodgson being there beforehand, but rumours of Konchesky back to Fulham on loan (as he can only play for us again in the Prem, or go to the Championship) - for a deal to try sign Clint Dempsey.
