There are some people who match stereotypes. Some Scottish people are misers, some people from Liverpool are thieves, etc. That doesn't make stereotyping appropriate most of the time.
You've probably passed by or met a fair few homosexual men who weren't camp and you didn't think they were homosexual. Homosexuality isn't so extremely rare that you won't have sat near a gay man on a train, been served by a gay man in a shop, etc.
I've known many gay men. For a while, most of the men I worked with were gay. I've been in clubs where most of the men were gay, because that was the main point of the club. I've had sex with some of them.
In short, I have fairly extensive experience and it points the same way - most gay men are in the average range when it comes to masculinity and femininity. Sure, there are some who are less masculine than Barbie, but that's not most of them. They just stand out a hell of a lot more.
Oh absolutely I'm sure you're entirely correct - however, it's hard not to base your opinions on your own experiences.

Anyway that aside, (and I know it's nothing to do with you), I still don't see the relevance between bodybuilding and homosexuality!! Going by what you're saying it would seem a lot of gay men wouldn't find these guys attractive anyway!!!
