mine got picked up yesterday for repair with HTC for the bust LED. hope its not away too long! using a rooted san fran i got for £80... which is a pretty good phone for the cash... quite impressed!

I get this when i try it.

Code:
C:\Windows\system32>fastboot flash hboot bravo_alphaspl.img
error: cannot load 'bravo_alphaspl.img'

Anyone know what i am doing wrong?

Don't you need to run the command in the androidsdk/tools folder, not windows/system32. I navigate to C:/AndroidSDK/Tools to flash tables.

Are you using the HTC USB driver or using the unsigned one from (I think) Unrevoked site?

I managed to get mine working yesterday, after I installed HTC Sync after removing the device driver and software that was previously installed for my phone.

^This

You need to navigate to the "tools" folder of the android SDK folder first and make sure your 'bravo_alphaspl.img' is in the tools folder too:

So, if you Android SDK folder is at C:, in cmd, browse to C:\Android SDK\tools

so your command prompt should be:

Code:
C:\Android SDK\Tools>
then run your command

Forgot to say that I think I've sorted the echo problem on Oxygen 2.0.0. There was a few people with a similar issue so flashed an update.zip and from my own testing all seems well again. Not sure if that is what 2.0.1 fixes but I think i'll wait for the next major update. Not a huge fan of flashing every other day. The theme I use needs to be flashed too, gets to be a PITA.

OK, flashed to CM7 last night. All seems good, except for Gmail, it crashes every time I open it and have to force close it. Anyone else had this?

I was going to re-install from the market but I can't uninstall the current version. Anyone know how I can do this?
