Bullying - Who's in the wrong here?

That reminds of the time I went to visit family in London when we were younger, we went out to play and stuff and one of my cousin's friends came up to us asking who I was and began talking about whether he could "ave" me in a fight and then buggered off.

Looking back...London kids are still like this :p

So yes, all this shows is that hindsight is a great thing but you also show that in that kind of experience BEFORE it has actually happened you would never consider it. Sorry but that kid got what was coming.
 
Sad that the kid had to retaliate in that manner, as im sure the teachers already know of this happening if its 'long term'...And as has been said, the kid needed to get suspended, although the other kid should get the same.

And if you look, I think the crack is mearly where his ankle hits the concrete raised part as oppsed to his head.

I was totally against violence, but after over ten years of abuse, I finally snapped. It felt like such a release. My mentality was always non-violent, but when you are broken down to that extent, you do things that are out of character. I'd spoken to the headmaster numerous times and written several letters, which I copied to the governors, but the headmaster flat out refused to do anything. That felt like a punch to the kidneys because my young mind felt that they were allowing the bullying. On several occasions I was attacked by groups of kids, but I ended up being the one that was punished. When you're that age and it feels like the whole world is against you, it's really difficult.

Adults would say "Ignore them and they'll go away". That's the worst piece of advice I was ever given. The bullies know you're ignoring them and know that they can give you hell because you won't react.

I got some satisfaction when the school failed its OFSTED report a few years later, after I had left. The headteacher "resigned", but a mole told me that he was forced out. The school got a new head and was completely turned around. After all these years, I still do my bit to raise money for them because it is so much better and I want the kids to have a better education than I had.

I would never punish a bullied kid for acting in that way. When a bullied kid lashes out like that, they're not in full control of their actions. What you witness is practically a breakdown. Logical, rational thought goes out of the window and the mind starts working on primal instinct.
 
I don't care if it's wrong or right, what that kid did was legendary.

He should be given a medal.

Although I will add that i do think it's wrong that whoever comes out worst is the person who takes responsibility almost all the time, even if it wasn't there's to begin with.

I dont care what anyone says the lad stood up and said enougth! The skinny runt got what was coming and if he cant take it, he should not dish it out! end of.
 
Nobody could possibly fault the little dude for snapping, everybody has that point where enough is enough. Thought he was gonna sink in the Guillotine for a second though but he opts for the body slam. Amazing. Possibly one of the greatest videos I have seen online.
