doesnt sound like he will leave Germany though - so its either Neuer staying where he is for another 6 months (which could be a possibility) or him going to BM, cant see him deciding on any other club (which is a huge pity imo, as BM arent anything special anymore)

Bale will never happen - but unfortunately I think Ashley Young will

Bayern are still huge in Germany though, not sure what United's stock would be if we went every other season finishing midtable/out of the champions league places but over there Bayern is still the biggest club in the world

Dont worry Ashley Young wont happen, he offers nothing on what we already have (especially as what we already have is better than him). Sanchez is the only winger I can see us being in for and that's simply because he is a tiny bit special
 
I am depressed that have not been linked with anybody who is actually exciting.

Mabye there are a string of under wraps high profile signings that are going to sprung on us straight after the season finishes, mabye a top class left sided midfielder, a fantastic target man, a couple of world class midfielders who nobody had thought of before.

Or mabye it will actually just be a Goalkeeper and a full time Darren Gibson.

Define exciting?

Because the latest rumours about Sanchez is that Real Madrid have dropped their interest and he wants to join United over City.

Besides which most of United's most exciting signings have been ones that haven't been forecast a mile off.

Latest news today is that our next keeper is now definitely Stekelenburg :/

So a couple of months back it was definitely Neuer, last month it was definitely De Gea now it's definitely this fella..... screw it dont retire Edwin you're better than all of them!! :cool:

Apparently Hulk. But that was on the basis Tevez was going to leave. He didn't, but is now looking likely to at the end of season so i hope were back in for him as he looks a top player and would fit the prem a lot easier than nearly every other Brazilian.

They've also been linked with Bale today also with Milner going in the opposite direction, more money than sense springs instantly to mind :o
 
What, 22 million wonder boy Milner off after one season?

City will be linked with everybody again this season, journos just stick everyone with a 4 star rating and above on FM in a hat and pick them at random.

It will be Aguero next week, followed by Kaka, Ronaldo, Hummels, Kjear and the tea lady from crystal palace because someone has been messing around with the editor.

Bahahahahaha. City should just allocate a shirt number to "Flavour of the Month".

Has Milner done anything this season? I'm pretty sure he's scored more goals for Villa than City in 2010/11. :eek:
