Why would any team fire him for traveling to see his children when he's unable to play? Why would he be fired for seeking medical treatment outside the UK when hundreds of other players do the same, why would he be fired if he didn't score so many goals, for not returning to watch games when he's on the other side of the world, again, something loads of other injured players don't do.

What you said was utter utter tripe. Tevez would be fired if he hadn't scored loads of goals........ for doing entirely nothing remotely unprofessional, sure. For someone who signs players on ridiculous wages with massive bonuses Redknapp knew surprisingly little about players wages. Wasn't sure if he felt like he was being interrogated so just denied everything to be safe

Rafael hasn't been fit enough to be playing; hense why Fabio has. Rafael has made double the appearances for the club. Before this season Fabio hadn't managed over around 14 or so apps.

Fabio isn't going to displace Evra at the moment; so whilst Rafael has been out Fergie has been giving him some game time down the right.
