Brits I know who live in the Netherlands have all said that Dutch girls are notoriously difficult to pull... I'm not sure if that's a general thing or if my friends are just useless! ;)

Two of them got tucked up by girls that seemed interested, had drinks and then suddenly had to go when their boyfriends turned up! :D

Well I'm game for a laugh. Luckily he has many british friends who live there so I should, at least have someone to talk to.

Expect a report early next week :)
 
It was quite funny in the pub last night, a group of lads nearby were having a conversation along the lines of saying how women hold all the cards when it comes to dating/relationships. I thought it had always been that way, except that these days with WAG culture, some girls have no shame in using the leverage that they have in a ruthless fashion to get what they want. :p

I avoid these kind, got to be equal effort for me. Don't get me wrong I like to treat them now and again though. Living in Wilmslow it has become a nightmare with all the WAGS about, thinking they are something special. None of my type round here :(
 
Hmm little advice

I talked to the girl on Tuesday about maybe giving it a try but meeting in between somewhere and basically telling her I liked her.

How long should I leave it before I text her back asking if she's thought about it?

or should I wait for her to text back?

Too True :|, I went out a fortnight ago, and my mate's phone battery ran out so I let him use my phone to call a taxi and he ended up phoning this girl for about an hour before I realised. :D
 
Even worse, if you get drunk be careful the next day if you wake up hungover and a little sad. I was on a bit of a downer (missing her) so ended up sending some silly text. Luckily I got away with it (I think ) but I had to end up apologising for my nonsense. :)
 
Quality thread :D

The closest I've got to internet dating was Faceparty during my teenage years. I must have hooked up with about 15 girls from that site. Good times.
