Seriously. I was gobsmacked when I discovered the almighty conspiracy regarding T-Mobile not allowing HSDPA use if you bought a contract through a 3rd Party reseller. The place I bought mine from certainly made no mention of speed capping anywhere. Sneaky indeed.

Anyways. It's all by the by now. After a chat with a really good bloke in T-Mobiles technical dept my cap was removed and I'm now pulling 1.9 down and 500 up.

Not great but certainly not as bad as it was.

last night i used it a lot about 3hours gaming/internet/maps. now it's at 43%
 
When people are flashing their phones, are they also doing the CSC bit?

Mine reads..

PDA:KE7
PHONE:KE4
CSC:KD1(VOD)

I dont seem to have any vodafone branding since I flashed, though I still have the CSC bit which seems to be vodafone related. What is the CSC and what are people running atm?

Xeu is the non branded csc, changing to it will wipe your data I think.
 
I remember using a XEU something during the flashing process... I think it was the kernal?

What is the CSC bit then? Have you also flashed that part?

turn down the brightness to min. cloce all running apps.

5days is just on standby + sending afew sms's

Anyways ive got an iphone 4 and seriously want to change as fed up with apple the last straw was when they announced that they are developing software so you cannot capture video at a live gig :mad:

So im stuck between this Samsung galaxy S 2 or motorola atrix

I know they filed a patent relating to that, but it will not happen, trust me.

If it does, Apple will be shooting themselves in the foot big time.
