I agree mostly with Jano. On paper Spurs have a much stronger starting XI than Liverpool. The keeper situation is without doubt in Liverpool's favour. The defence goes to Spurs. I'd say the midfield does too. He's wrong about the strikeforce though, Liverpool's (especially with Downing to give Carroll more goals) is the stronger by a long shot.

As a Spurs fan even I can agree to that.

And yes arguably we did pay too much for valencia. I dont particularly rate him.
