Well after just being let down yesterday I find myself talking to someone really interesting on PoF (also had a few other messages but they end up being short punts).

This could be promising, we have loads in common. Only problem is she has a house and I don't even have a car yet so I hope I don't come across like a tramp lol.

I'm finding now that girls that are older than me (not too much older!) are better at talking in General, unless it's just my experiences.

I guess I just like them a bit odd and fun, fed up with all these dragged out messages that you know are not leading anywhere so you just stop messaging.

You send one message to one person you really like, then your email box fills up with messages from completely different people!. Comes in droves, then nothing happens for weeks, though i usually end up with women who like attention then run away day before the date

That's exactly my fear aswell, 2 of my dates have their own houses and cars yet I have nothing like that, quite odd but they don't seem to mind and are still talking

Could try calling them out on it, if you think the current chat is going no where, make the ultimatum that they put some in. Can't see it hurting as you've said that nout happens playing it safe?

A good tip which I seemed to have picked up on as it was played on me was a good ice breaker!

I was asked what my favorite sesame street character was and completely caught me off guard, made me laugh and it's developed into an interesting conversation!

So I will be using this tactic now if this doesn't work out!
