Exactly, the one time I bought from there, I got rinsed, got a refund (after many hours of arguing) and made my first purchase from OcUK. OcUK got my custom because of PC World's incompetence. It was a 9800 Pro (it was really an XT with a pro BIOS) and the very first GPU HSF Arctic Cooling released.

I flashed it to an XT and got some utterly silly clock speeds with the heatsink, close to a 100% overclock from what I remember, I doubled my 3D Mark 03 score .
