Ah i see, Tummy was it you who said de gea was a proven keeper? If so id be keeping schtum for the time being.

I only quoted the press who said de gea had a nightmare. and it was de gea who said he needed to improve so...i don't even know where you can logically take this argument.

He is a proven Keeper

How is he not? He has some experience, he's not as experienced then "older" keepers for the obvious reason that he's not as old as them.

You're making no point, other then looking like an even bigger idiot then you normally do.

You should refrain from posting in future, there are some wonderful people in this sports section, you however are an embarrassment of a fan.

I think with Nick you just have to assume what he means seeing as his grasp of the English language isn't too great. Most of his points are lost in translation and he must be talking about proven EPL experience rather than proven experience as a goalkeeper. If he really is suggesting De Gea isn't a proven goalkeeper then there really is no hope... :p

He just speaks so much **** that his arse must be in a constant state of jealousy over the whole issue.

I want it to go back to when he didn't post before.

Wenger still not addressing the problems that plague his side?

If Arsenal don't have a brilliant start to this season, he is going to be under some really bad pressure and given a horrible media spotlight / fan reception.

He's on my ignore list but my curiosity always gets the better of me. I just wish he would spend two minutes reading his post through before he clicks the reply button. Why should I waste my time deciphering his posts when he can't even be bothered to make them readable in English.

Ryo Miyaichi has been granted the work permit he requires to play first-team football for the Club this season

Awesome! I hope Wenger actually gives him some game time. I'm still ****ed off at the £10,000,000 for Chamberlain though and I'll be even more annoyed if we don't bring a defender in. Especially as Gazidis said last night at the AISA meeting that Wenger recognises we need to have additions in the defence, that he recognises there is an issue with our defence and that he will take steps toward strengthening it.

the sun posted the new generation manu team with the avarage age of 24, it didnt look half bad.

de gea

rafael
smalling
jones
fabio

nani
anderson
cleverley

hernandez
macheda
welbeck

with these last couple of signings it looks like fergie has built his team of the future and we saw a glimpse of what it could do on sunday.

Cleverley will be the next Beckham/Scholes/Giggs of United. Give him a few seasons and everyone will be talking about him,

No Rooney?

That defence though is full of win, probably not another team in the world that can provide that quality as their 'second choice' defence

By all accounts he was very very good in Holland last season, begs why you signed AOC with him about unless Wenger doesn't rate him all that much :/

Different players surely? Ryo will play exclusively outwide, whereas he see's AOC playing in a variety of positions including AMC.

Ryo is like a new signing..

So who is it who thinks Nani is **** or worse than and not worth as much as Valencia, TRM or Tom and Frank?

its not that I dont like him - I just think that he can be pretty selfish and a lot of his shots at goal go wildly off target with better placed players available for a pass

He also has to prove his consistancy over a full season

I dont think I have ever called him **** though, (unless Im specifically talking about a singular game or two)

Rooney seems to prefer playing with Valencia, although that was only proven over a singular mega-season for Rooney a season ago

(It has to be said it seems as though SAF preferes Valencia also in the important matches, which has been proven over the last two seasons)

That future front line is a bit dodgy imo (apart from Chicharito of course), at this point Welbeck is a good sub but thats about it for the level Utd have to play at and Macheda is behind him (ie with young, Nani and Valencia and possibly even park depending on the opposition Welbeck wont be getting the wide midfield position, and with Rooney , Chicharito and Berba I would be surprised if he starts a lot once Chicho is fit and available as a striker)

Also want to see Anderson prove his consistancy (but I hope he gets given this chance at the beginning of the season)

Fair enough always thought AOC would play wide, rather than part of your central 3. I guess you might not even play a central 3 when he's ready for first team week in week out

Not sure where AOC will play, is he a right winger? Miyaichi played on the left in the pre-season games that I saw, surely with those two plus the addition of Gervinho we can get rid of Nasri and have the rumoured £20,000,000 in our back pockets which almost cancels out all of our spendings on signings this summer.

AOC is untested in the middle, he only played out wide for us last season (generally on the right). Good at both the cross and a cut inside (there's his goal on bbc sport on the last day of the season against Walsall which was pretty nice) but it'll take some work to get him to any standard in the middle... (as he's only 17 and his awareness for a middle sort of player is no where near ready)

The Ryo kid sounds good though.

Sneijder confirms Utd contact

Inter ace reveals unofficial talks have taken place with Red Devils

Inter Milan ace Wesley Sneijder says 'unofficial talks' have taken place with Manchester United.

Sneijder has been linked with a move to Old Trafford all summer and revealed at the weekend he could be sold for the right price.

The 27-year-old Holland international is also reportedly on the radar of Manchester City, but he appears to be more interested in their arch-rivals.

Asked if he was keen on a move to United, Sneijder said in a video interview with www.nos.nl, translated by ESPN: "Yes, but Manchester United haven't made an official approach yet.

"There have been unofficial talks, there have been contacts, but then there are always contacts.
