ALso, I think I'd finally like Harry Redknapp if he took Sagna off our books, unless Sagna doesn't have long on his deal and won't sign a new one, Wenger won't let him go seeing as he's set on letting Eboue go, finally.
These stories will continue until we get a new manager now though, which will help demoralise and destabilise the club frankly. No one thinks Wenger knows what he's doing, fans, pundits, other managers, everyone but the board apparently think he's lost it. Players want out, the only ones who "want" to stay are those making a mint because they are way to crap to be at a top 4 club. Even then you've got Denilson, on a ridiculous wage, bored of being at Arsenal.
Arsenal REALLY needed to do what Fergie did, strong out the blocks of the transfer window, sell Fabregas, get it sorted, get a replacement in(ideally before Fab was sold tbh). Steady the ship before the preseason started. I'd have taken 5-10mil less for Fabregas if it meant it being sorted 2 months ago and a couple new players being sorted before the start of preseason.
Hell, if we play that badly against Udinese we'll have thrown away 20-30mil on Champs league income, for the sake of dragging and extra 5mil out of Barca, and 5mil out of a player who has kept Arsenal afloat, its pathetic.
