just about to post that as well... i'm using cm7 and did before on my HTC desire. i think this can only be a good thing for samsung, but wonder if it will effect CM

I flashed Lite'ning 5.0 on Saturday and since then I've noticed that when plugging my phone to my PC via USB nothing happens on the phone. I have multi-mount SD running, so before it used to automatically mount my SD cards and show them on the PC :(

Try disabling USB Debugging, it's in Settings>Applications>Development off the top of my head :).
 
Phone came today forgot how small and thin it is lol, now for the modding is the Cynagon mod any good as a lot seem to be going on about it.

Yeah got it on was easy to recall what to do.

Forgot this phone was that fast really, surprised me how much snappier it is over the O3D , just noticing though when I moving about checking the viewing angles a bit there seems to be a blue tint to it, maybe not a blue tint it just appears to lose its colours slightly.

Right, back to my screen not turning off problem.

I have now ventured into the realm of custom roms and am using the latest version of Litening.

I still have the problem though. (For those who missed my posts sometimes my screen doesn't switch itself off. Say I miss a call it shows the lock screen and stays like that, lit up. It flattened my battery the other day which was most annoying!) I hard reset my phone and formatted USB storage prior to flashing Litening too.

It has to be one of the few apps I am using. Which are...

Twitter - Official
You Tube
Swiftkey X

Other than that I am all stock.

Anybody else have any idea, it's very odd indeed!

Edit - Also, if I go into the App Drawer and the "running" tab Litening has added then FM Radio keeps starting itself. Is that normal?
 
I love CM7, but I cba updating every other day like I did with my san fran:p

Sticking to official Samsung on mine, have no reason to even root it.
