DM is there anything you do like about Arsenal anymore now that Fab and Eboue have gone? :p

Bendtner, Wilshire, Verm, keeper, Ramsey, RVP, Vela, Chamakh, Arshavin, Jenkinson, Ryo , the club.

Players are players, they aren't the team, do Man Utd fans stop being fans when Ronaldo left? No.

I like players and I dislike players, I can't stand Wenger anymore, pretending he's the same manager as his good spell, is just daft, I don't give in to sentimentality. He could do the job, now he can't, he's not even close, being good before doesn't mean he is good now or will suddenly turn it around.

I love Henry, and Pires, and Edu, and Gilberto, Freddie, Seaman, Adams, Keown, Lauren, Winterburn, Dixon, Bould, Lehman, Wrighty, Berkamp, Grimandi(because, he had dodgey hair and was the worst person I've ever seen at centreback), Wiltord, Reyes, Eboue, Cygan(not great CB, huge, not agile, playing left back in a single game, bombing up the wing like Ashley cole and getting a brace, epic game), Alliadiere/The Beast with one of Arsenals best ever performances against Liverpool, 6-3 iirc, 4 goals for the beast, 3-4 assists and a goal for Alliadiere, Larrson, Gilbert, Overmars, Petit, Merida, Jet, Eduardo, Gallas, Toure, Flamini, Taylor, Inamoto, Silvinho, Luzhy, Kanu.

Arsenal isn't the current squad, or the current manager. I could hate every single last player, the manager, the board, be in the conference, they're my club and I support them.

As it is, we're in a incredibly strong position financially, few teams can sustain 100mil a year wages, Arsenal can't without champs league football, few teams can sustain 70mil a year wages, which Arsenal can without European football. We should be doing better than we are, our squad should be better, without any money spent, we are wasting it all over the place. The current squad(well, last years squad and very much the squad over the past 6 years) should have done MUCH better than they did, the reason they didn't was mostly mismanagement.

Arsenal should still have, today, Eboue, Cesc, Diarra, Eduaro, Clichy, Flamini, Reyes and better back up players.

Simply by keeping players we had, and not buying a bunch of crap in the past 6 years we could have a line up of.

Clichy, Verm, Gallas/Toure, Eboue
Reyes, Diarra, Cesc, Arshavin
Bendtner/RVP

as a starting line up, paying zero more than we have today, simply keeping players we could have a title capable squad that is FAR stronger than any squad we can put out today.

Pires/Gilberto/Adams should still be at the club in now coaching capacitys, Bergkamp aswell.

The list of guys we've bought, and the quality of them compared to the team we could have today, let alone the team based on the older players, our current squad is a joke with all but what, 3, maybe 4 players being of the quality we should have.

Keep Diarra, Gilberto/Flamini, sell Song, Denilson, Diaby, keep Eduardo don't buy Chamakh, keep Eboue, no need to buy Sagna, etc, etc, etc.

Just read that Man City want us to pay £2 million to take Wayne Bride on loan and have to pay 50% of his wages (Normally not bad, but its Man City, hes on 90k a week)

Mancini can go **** him self. Hes a 3rd choice LB. £2 million should be his buying fee!!!

Lille have put a £26m price tag on Eden Hazard as Arsenal step up their pursuit of the Belgian midfielder, according to reports in France.
Full story: talkSPORT

Not seen much of him but reminds me of Overmars. JUST BUY HIM WENGER!!!!

Do you really need another winger/wide player? I know potentially he's better than any of your current wide players but still you've already signed AOC and Gervinho this window add to them Arshavin and Walcott I cant see another one needed

I'd say at least 1 central midfielder is needed, maybe a centre back, maybe a left back.

laughs softly - rumours have started that a certain player has slashed his wage demands by £60k/week just to force a move through to OT.......only on one very unreliable website so far (as far as Ive seen)

I would like Adebayor to join Tottenham, as it would allow me to neatly repackage my hatred for two separate things into one easy-to-hate entity.

If Spurs could also sign Joey Barton, and get Neil Warnock in as manager, that would be gravy.

Some one sounds like they have been playing too much football manager. lol. Mate, you make it sound like it was all Wenger's fault for us not having all those players. It's also easy to talk in hindsight. You don't have a scoobydooo as to what actually happens with the team in real life, only whatever the media reports. Wasting your time and sounding like a *****....

To me you make a lot more sense talking graphics cards :D

I rewatched ronaldos debut last night..we'll never have a player like that again. he really was the definition of a wonderkid.

Speculation regarding Mario gotze of dortmund to man utd

also glazer chiefs preparing to sell off utd on an Asian stock exchange.

Inter's president has just said since its likely that Eto'o is going there will be no way that Sneijder is going as well.

Also glazer chiefs preparing to sell off utd on an Asian stock exchange.

Are they selling their shares or simply floating on the Asian Stock Exchange and releasing additional shares to raise capital?

Heard it would be about 30% of the company, so the Glazers would still have a controlling stake

What you say Marvt, trying to raise £1 billion! Might find a broker here that does over there and get myself one or two! :D

I would like Adebayor to join Tottenham,

It certianly looks like he's on his way..

If Spurs could also sign Joey Barton, and get Neil Warnock in as manager, that would be gravy.

Surely you're not being serious? :p I don't think Barton would settle at Spurs and what on earth could Warnock offer?

Old news but I'd settle for Benayoun and Kalou plus 27m for Modric.. Don't get me wrong, Modric is the most exciting player I've seen as the Lane in years.. but this needs to be resolved sooner rather than later. The 27m plus the 3m for Keane should be immediately invested in a decent impact striker and spurs still need an extra CB.

I would like to know what the club spent it's CL money last year..??
