Inter's president has just said since its likely that Eto'o is going there will be no way that Sneijder is going as well.

In a way I hope it goes through because if not every single average game united play this year the united fans on here will be whinging about not strengthening and buying Sneijder after losing the bit part player scholes became. ;)

Sorry dm. bendtner is second rate. he looked good against millwall or whatever but against good opposition where you need to be clinical he is not the man. case in point being the barca game, he kicks it in and its barca bounced out and arsenal to glory.

He scored 1 and set two up against Barca, was instrumental in the RVP goal this year, how many other Arsenal players can claim that in the past two seasons, heres a hint, none. Arsenal were getting battered in that home leg till he came on, then we scored two goals.

AS for people saying who should we buy, firstly I've made loads of suggestions before, and have done for ages, it changes constantly because the players we have change constantly. I stopped bothering and then you like a few others decide to use that to validate your non existant point.

At the start of the transfer window, I'd have gotten rid of Wenger, sold Sagna, Diaby, Denilson, Song, Nasri, Squillaci, Traore, Djourou, Almunia, Theo, Rosicky.

Switched to a 4-4-2,

Clichy, Verm, Jagielka, Eboue
Mata, Wilshire, Cesc, arshavin
Bendtner, RVP

Now I'd add, this is the problem, I can't name the next Cesc, its not my job to watch every youth player in the world, this is where your point is ridiculous. I know who we shouldn't ahve let go and who we should have, because I've seen them, I don't know every 5mil left back, of which there WILL be 2-3 fantastic players out there for that money.

Of players I know who Arsenal could get, Baines isn't a bad shout, for central mid now, as of a few days ago I would have bought Diarra, and played Wilshire in Cesc's role. Mata is still a good shout for the left wing, could stick with Bendtner on the right and Vela/RVP upfront. I would have bought N'zogbia, for 10mil theres not many better you could get.

I'd consider getting Cahill and Jagielka, getting shot of Djourou and Squillaci and rotating our back 3, Jagielka might even be able to play very well in the DM role.

I've said Arsenal should have bought Young, a gooner, for 2-3 seasons when we could have got him for the same amount, I'd have also considered someone like Dempsey for rotation/backup.

DM. Haven't you just named every player we have been linked with over the summer? Lol

I did like the Capt Hindsight comment. That does have you summed up pretty well with some of your comments.

Maybe we should invest the £50m in a time machine and correct all Wengers mistakes.

I hope the rumour of £25m for nasri is true.

So you've stopped bothering naming players Arsenal should sign, but you're still happy to continue telling us about things they should have done in the past? Because you don't seem to have lost interest in that.

I'd imagine I'm not alone in being quite intrigued as to why you never use your apparent boundless expertise to suggest something vaguely constructive, beyond "PLAY 4-4-2 AND SACK WENGER".
It's DM Bingo and I just won, baby.

Personally I've never cared for trying to pretend I know enough about football to decide who we just sign, but I know that floats plenty of boats round here, so I just thought it would be nice to see being a little more constructive.

Maybe better coaches and physio's are needed rather than expensive signings?

Arsenal do seem to bring through a lot of good young talent that just doesn't make that final step up.

Whats fergie trying to do to berbatov, seriously?

i don't understand it either. i know berbatov can be a stroppy sod but this seems to run a little deeper, has he started on the smokes again or something? he's been there nearly 3 yrs now was joint top scorer in the league last season and cost a lot of money yet he gets treated like he is not wanted anymore?

They may repair the rift for the sake of the club so who is too say it wont work?

Chelsea hater by any chance?
What rift?

And why? Because neither of them has ever been able to play (effectively) with another striker alongside them in a 4-4-2 throughout their entire careers.

And I do dislike Chelsea.
