With me.

seriously re read the same post you quoted me on about how awful managers around the world are if Wenger is the best

Arsene Wenger not being the best manager in the World and Arsene Wenger being the best manager for Arsenal at the moment wouldn't be mutually exclusive conditions.

But aside from that, let's say for the sake of argument that everything at Arsenal is Arsene Wenger's fault - who would you identify as a suitable replacement and preferably someone who might choose to take up the position?

Barton removed all Newcastle players with Twitter accounts from his twitter account, which is a bit petty.

Tbh as much as it's frustrating that ANOTHER decent player has left without a replacement, I can see the boards logic. I don't want another old player sat on the bench in 4 years time on 65k a year.

QPR taking a gamble

QPR taking a gamble

Think any club having Barton is a gamble but he does do okay on the pitch but he is still only an okay player not the amazing best midfielder he thinks he is. So Come on QPR your rich now come take J.Cole from us!

The Juan Mata transfer has been completed and he will be available for Chelsea's Saturday game against Norwich.

Exciting! Will be interesting to see him play. Hopefully he'll be able to give Torres the delivery he needs to actually not be ****. I'm still not confident about our midfield seeing as the only person we've got is Romeu and I don't even know if he's that good. :/ Doesn't look like the Modric thing is happening so I see us to continue to have issues with midfield. Hopefully Lukaku and Mata can make up for it.

Was certainly behind him when they were both at Valencia, different kinds of players though from what I've seen, Mata is very much more of a winger than Silva.

Valencia fans actually rate Mata higher than Silva; he is of about the same ability but works harder for the team.

Stupid BBC Article:

"Silva shines as Man City add punch :How Roberto Mancini turned his side into a potent force "

Um..by spending **** loads of cash on great football players....

Interesting point, say that Wenger basically trolls all the Arsenal fans and the money from Nasri, Fabregas, Eboue, Clichy et al is invested in the club without any major outlays on players, add in the the Champs League money and the reduced wage bill - would that make Arsenal completely debt-free?

As of January this year the net debt was around 135 million I believe so the above should have just about cleared it - which would mean any players going forward could *shock horror* actually come out of profits or *double shock horror* Arsenal would actually be run like a normal fiscally sound business :p

It's an option. Would be actually cool to be a debt free club, but also would prefer if you can get in Hazard and a say Cahill or Samba. That would still mean we keep more than half the money anyway. Soon when debt free there won't be any excuses so we can spend spend :)

Apparently Barton off to QPR tomorrow. Couldn't have made it any more clear he is just chasing the money, hopefully it will all go breasts up for him the despicable little vermin.

We will suffer as a team for his loss but its a big gain for the club eventually getting rid of trash like him. The club showed him loyalty when he was in trouble and he returned the favour with scorn and disdain. Shouldn't be surprised though the person he is.

Team will suffer and a replacement would be nice but the air is cleaner on Tyneside without his mouth polluting it :D

Haway the lads!
