LOL well they released it half baked but ive not found my playbook to be a problem, i use mine around the house for web browsing and also bridged to my BB 9900 or tethered to it if im out of wifi range...works brilliantly well and fingers crossed in a few weeks we will see the missing features added with the new OS 2.0 update...pics already leaked and it looks damn good.

The Samsung tab looks nice but it runs on Android and im no fan of Android sadly, just doesnt do it for me :/

Basically other tech companies are (rightly) **** scared of Samsung and what they are doing with Android, and toys are flying out of the pram from all angles. I dont think anyone expected Samsung to release such brilliant hardware... quality devices with bleeding edge specs that are slim and lightweight to boot, its pretty amazing to be honest.
 
Looks like a nice tablet - can anyone guess a possible price for it? My knowledge of tablets isn't great.

How are tablets different to LCD/Plasma TV's? They all look the same and have the same functions so why is it different for tablets?

Its a good job Apple Havant got a patent on the wheel because we would still be living in the cave ages!

Apple get a grip! Competition is good. Running scared of Samsung because it has a superior product and playing dirty. Shame on you!

Calm down!

Superior product or not, they appear to have a massively inferior legal team for such a huge company.

As I said in the other thread, Apple must have some pretty vast tablet patents if they can cover all form factors. Or perhaps it's just something Samsung are doing that they need to change to avoid all this trouble.

As with most things, there is clearly a lot we don't know.

So its who has the biggest legal team now is it? Whats that got to do with it?

Samsung don't need to change anything, Apple need to get a grip! Just about every tablet on the market is rectangular with rounded edges. Why are they not suing the other manufacturers? I'll tell you why because they are running scared of Samsung and know they have a competitor on their hands.
