Played the PS3 version. PC version is better(im not trolling, seriously its better) but will still buy the PS3 version because I find it easier playing fifa on DS3.

Playing it on hard and can't score lol. Aquero comes on in the second half and scores some amazing goals against me.

Better than Fifa 11? Its different thats for sure but will have to see how online feels.

Im yet to play the demo but from experience the forums are flooded with this type of comment when the demos are released each year. Once we all get used the the new physics and game play we won't notice ;) IMO!

Its slower but I like it that way as I found myself ping ponging the ball around in Fifa 11. Now I can run with the ball abit and look for passes like in real football. It feels more like a chess game now.

Theres nothing stopping you from playing the older Fifa games with your mates. The game has to move on. They basically want it to look and feel like a real football game. I think they're going in the right direction with Fifa 12.

Aye, it is different for sure. Will take some getting used to. But we tend to forget what it's like going from FIFA to FIFA. 11 was a lot different to 10, and it took a while to get used to.

I'll definitely be buying PES 2012 this year as well, aside from the Champions League, it's all very well presented. It also flows very well, aside from the stop-start replays and the like. Plus the Master League. :)
 
I went from Fifa 96.. stopped at 2002 and didn't play fifa till fifa 09. Went from fifa 09 straight to fifa 11 and the changes they made from 09 to 11 were huge. Now they're starting to making even bigger changes.

I can only imagine how great Fifa will be in the coming years. Still have maybe 1 or 2 Fifa's untill they can really move the series forward on the next gen systems.
 
So I customised some of the controls and it plays a lot more like FIFA 11. B sends a player to 'contain' and A is the standing tackle. Much better. Now it's getting used to the way the players feel/move. :D Roll on the 25th!!!

Coming from PES the intro guide was painfully inadequate. I have no idea about the power meters, how to shoot, how to dribble, how to score or save penalties etc. Can anyone link me to such instructions?

I might skip this year, they've basically fixed zero of the things that ******* me off with the last one. You still get your own strikers blocking your own shots while standing in an offside position so the A.I. gets a freekick.

And most ******* annoying of all, they've still 'forgot' to put in interceptions!! Your players are more likely to compose a sonnet on the pitch than try and block a pass, 90% of the time if you have your player in the way it just seems to nutmeg them.
